Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from genevium.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use this site or purchase products from Genevium.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Genevium are intended exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human consumption, veterinary application, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food products.

Any use of Genevium products outside of qualified research applications is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Genevium disclaims all liability for any use of products outside the scope of intended research applications.

Product Information

Genevium makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, chemical specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is complete, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, Genevium reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

Certificates of Analysis, purity data, and chemical specifications are provided for reference. Actual batch data may vary slightly within acceptable tolerances. Batch-specific documentation is available upon request.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Genevium reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or inability to verify research-use intent.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and may vary.

Shipping and Delivery

Genevium ships only within the United States. Shipping terms, rates, and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened product. All sales are final except in cases of damaged shipments, order errors, or non-delivery, as described in our FAQ. Refunds, when issued, are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on genevium.com, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and the Genevium name and trademarks, is the property of Genevium and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genevium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or this website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, research data, business interruption, or personal injury.

Genevium’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genevium, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
