Shipping Policy
Genevium ships research peptides to qualified researchers and institutions within the United States. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our facility in Florida.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@genevium.com before placing an order.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping via USPS is a flat rate of $12 on all domestic orders. Orders with a post-discount subtotal of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, USPS standard delivery takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on destination. Tracking information is emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order ships.
Packaging
All peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed sterile vials. Packaging is discreet and unmarked for privacy. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for standard transit times and do not require cold-chain shipping.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to appear in the USPS system after you receive the tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos documenting the damage. We will replace affected product at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact support@genevium.com. We will investigate with USPS and, where appropriate, reship or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to Genevium due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or refused at delivery, will be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
